Topless photos of Jennifer Aniston

A high court in England has prohibited the publication of any photographs of Jennifer Aniston on the balcony of her home showing her topless or in the act of taking off or putting on her top. TMZ reports.

A judge in England is reported to have issued orders prohibiting anyone from publishing or attempting to publish topless photos of Jennifer Aniston taken by Los Angeles paparazzo Peter Brandt.

In an exclusive report TMZ has reported an England High court judge, Justice Eady, has prohibited the publication of "any photographs of the Claimant [Aniston] on the balcony of her home showing her topless or in the act of taking off or putting on her top." While issuing his order the judge warned the defendants that disobedience would be construed as contempt of court for which they could be sent to prison or fined or lead to seizure of their assets.

Aniston's lawyers filed the case in UK to preclude publication of the pictures by UK tabloids who are known for their questionable journalistic ethics and are less than restrained when it comes to publishing titillating pictures.

Aniston's lawyers have filed a lawsuit against Brandt for invading her privacy using a telephoto lens to photograph the actress, "from a great distance through invasive, intrusive and unlawful measures." The lawsuit says the photos could have been taken only by trespassing to an area where she fully expected to be in her privacy but the photographer says her home has no fence, she exposed herself to everybody in the neighbor hood. He just happened to have a camera at that point.
